She is a teacher amongst her peers. Just as she exhibits patience and understanding with the residents she cares for, she does so with her coworkers. She is professional and willing to assist any of her team members. She is part of a unique team of caregivers where communicating amongst her peers is necessary and important when providing care to people afflicted with dementia.

Within our team, she is known to run a “tight ship.” She is devoted to providing the highest quality of care. She has expectations of her fellow team members and coworkers. Under her watchful eye, the team members she supervises have come to look to her for guidance and knowledge. A lesson is never learned or direction is never given without a smile and a “thank you.

CPR is a widely used clinical acronym known by all in the health care field. Today I would like you to think of it in a different manner, as means of describing the attributes of an amazing individual.
This individual embodies all of these attributes and is deserving of recognition for her dedication in her field of social work.
